Before Start

I completed the 100km cycle yesterday and just wanted to thank you for organising the event.

Please pass on my gratitude to the volunteers at the food stop - the coffee and cake gave the body a much-needed boost.

I must not forget our motorcycle escort - a big thanks to him for keeping the bunch in pairs and getting cars past us safely.

It definitely keeps motorists from becoming too frustrated and will hopefully keep them on our side.
